The Jason Gareau team was wonderful to work with. My fiancée and I had very specific criteria and we probably saw over 50 homes in at least 5 different towns. Jason and his team were always patient and didn't make us feel like we were difficult house hunters. Both Jason and Eric worked tirelessly to show us homes at all hours in the evenings and weekends, even in the snow and pouring rain. There were also quite a few homes that we did second showings on and Jason and Eric never pressured us to make a decision or put in an offer that we weren't 100% comfortable with. They both offered valuable advice on the condition of the homes and cautioned us on red flags that could cost a lot in repairs. Once we found a home we loved, Jason worked hard to negotiate an agreeable price. After the inspection, Jason also worked hard to ensure that the sellers agreed to resolve all the important findings from the report. As a first time home buyer myself, I also felt that I was well prepared to go into the closing. My experience with the Jason Gareau team was extremely pleasant and not at all stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new home.
