It has a nice open concept space on the first floor with the living room/dining area and a few steps above is the kitchen. The living room has a wood burning fireplace. Both bedroom are spacious. New laminate flooring in living/dining area and bedrooms. New ceramic tile in kitchen and bathrooms. Built-in bookcases in the living room and mantle over the fireplace. New siding on this building. The place looks great! Very close to downtown Lewes and all the shops and great restaurants. I short distance to the Lewes beaches.
