The Garden apartment was more than a pleasant surprise. So open and bright for being on the ground level. Our kids would absolutely love this space for generations. They would have their own access from outside, their own private oasis in the back which features a hammock, turf and raised garden beds. This is such a peaceful space, I just don't want to leave. We it is time to leave as we aren't the owners YET! This was just a wonderful experience and we could tell the owners spent a lot of time and money to restore the " Princess of the Sea". All the electrical, plumbing, and boiler were replaced. The hardware from the interior doors and jams were removed and dipped. The roof was replaced in 2022, James Hardie siding installed, and fiberglass decks for low maintenance living. We could tell that they dipped and reused some of the cabinetry, molding and were able to strip the paint and reuse the diamond-pane French doors.
