The Church property is located on 4.16 acres The Building is situated back from the street; the exterior is brick construction; The roof is pitched; there is a parking lot that warps around the building adjacent to the right side and rear of the structure; not all spots are marked, but it appears that there is parking for 30 to 40 cars. There are 2 handicapped parking spots. The entrance to the Sanctuary and main entrance to all of the Church offices is on the right side of the building with direct access from the parking lot. Access is available via a permanent, concrete handicap access ramp or a one step stoop. Double doors open to a long foyer with a reception desk in the middle; double door access to the sanctuary on the right side; access to the Church office, kitchen parish hall, classrooms and bathrooms to the left of the reception desk. The exterior wall is comprised of floor to ceiling windows; the interior rear wall is brick. The ceiling is wood, inlaid like a hardwood floor; with chandeliers spaced throughout the foyer area. The area is carpeted with a red floor covering that appears to be in good condition. The Sanctuary is contemporary in appearance with a vaulted ceiling also with inlaid wood. There are 3 classrooms currently used by a daycare center. One is quite large and could be divided into 2 smaller rooms. There is a large administrative office complete with a stone/wood burning fireplace. There is a kitchen with a commercial stove, but no fire suppression system. There is a large parish hall which is partially carpeted.
