Location, privacy, home and price. Spread out and enjoy. Finished on three level with a over-sized two car garage. We have made some updates in our home. This year we installed new exterior lights, replaced glass panels on basement exterior doors, spruced up the chimney. In 2018 we installed a new roof, new deck, 4 new toilets, replaced the step to the front porch, painted the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upper level, new carpet in the Master Bedroom, new carpet in the basement and stairs to basement. New blinds in the bedrooms, bonus room and basement exterior doors. In 2017 we painted the living room and dining room.We like living in our home for the past 27 years. Our son grew up in this home and later started raising his own family in this home and neighborhood. We have always felt safe in our neighborhood. We have kind and friendly neighbors. Our home has provided great outdoor space for the children to play and grow with a spacious front and back yard for entertaining family and friends. We have been pleased with the schools. Our home is centrally located to various attractions such as Washington DC with its monuments and museums along with local wineries hiking trails, and caverns. Family and youth activities are easily accessible in the community/county. We are located in close proximity to shopping and entertainment.
